Jonathan Jerusalmy
Executive Chef

Jonathan Jerusalmy

Executive Jonathan Jerusalmy brings 16 years of distinguished experience to his role as Executive Chef at The St. Regis Atlanta, including a recent tenure with The St. Regis Resort, Monarch Beach, California's only five-star and five-diamond resort.

His impressive gastronomic background also includes tenures with the Fleur de Lys in San Francisco and as Executive Chef at Figaro in St. Louis, which was voted "Best New Restaurant" by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch within six months of its opening. Jerusalmy also completed several prominent internships at Michelin-rated restaurants in France, studying under Master Chef of France Paul Bocuse and Chef Gerard Boyer.

As Executive Chef, Jerusalmy leverages his creativity to design menus with seasonal ingredients to invent epicurean delights that will transform every meal into a memorable occasion. He has established relationships with local purveyors who are dedicated to organic and natural farming methods. Committed to using only the finest local and artisanal ingredients served on Christofle Silver and Vera Wang China, The St. Regis Atlanta features a range of organic and exotic offerings, including Kobe beef and black truffles, throughout the exquisite event space and at the signature restaurant located on the Hotels' fourth floor. Jerusalmy is also responsible for training the hand-selected staff and Catering Specialists to ensure exacting performances consistent with The St. Regis tradition. In addition he collaborates with The St. Regis Executive Pastry Chef and Sommelier to seamlessly incorporate their talents into The St. Regis dining experience.

Harry Constantinescu
Wine Director and Sommelier

Paces 88 Meet The Team A native of Romania, Constantinescu has been immersed in winemaking since working on his family's vineyard as a child. He brings a lifetime of experience, a world of knowledge and an underlying fervor for wine to his role as St. Regis Atlanta's Wine Director.

Constantinescu previously served as a manager at Paces 88 where he lead the restaurant to a Forbes 4-star rating and saw it honored with the "Best Award of Excellence" from Wine Spectator (2010) and named one of Esquire's "20 Best New Restaurants" (2009.) His impressive resume includes some of Atlanta's most renowned restaurants, including Buckhead Life Restaurant Group, Kyma Restaurant and Nikolai's Roof. Certified by the American chapter of the Court of Master Sommeliers, a Certified Specialist of Wine and a professional-level member of the Society of Wine Educators, Constantinescu was awarded the esteemed title of "Atlanta's Top Sommelier" in 2010 by the City of Atlanta and sponsors of the Atlanta Winter Wine & Jazz Festival.

As Wine director for the exclusive St. Regis Atlanta, Constantinescu is responsible for all wine slections in the Wine Room, the Poolside Bar, Paces 88 and the signature St. Regis Bar. He masterfully selects the perfect wine for any occasion held at The St. Regis Atlanta, including regular wine tastings hosted in the Wine Room open to the Atlanta community.
