The St. Regis Atlanta Herradura Private Selection Tequila
Crafted under the expert charge of St. Regis Atlanta Food & Beverage Director Robert Brandenberg, The St. Regis Atlanta Herradura Private Selection Tequila was crafted exclusively for the AAA Five Diamond resort by Herradura in Amatitán, Jalisco, Mexico.
The custom reposado is created with 100 percent blue agave roasted in clay ovens using 140 year old traditional methods. After distillation, the specially crafted spirit is aged in toasted oak barrels for 11 months, a month longer than other tequilas, resulting in depth of flavor and unparalleled smoothness. The St. Regis Atlanta’s resulting customized blend offers enticing notes of citrus, and wood, with unique cooked agave and floral character. The tequila is bottled in customized, specially-designed commemorative glass bottles featuring the barrel number and bottling date.

The West Paces Mary: Timeless Tradition Meets Modern Interpretation
In 1934, Fernand Petiot became a bartender at The St. Regis Hotel, New York, bringing with him the “Bloody Mary,” a vodka and tomato juice drink in the legendary King Cole Bar at The St. Regis New York. It was rechristened the “Red Snapper” to appeal to the hotel’s elite clientele, and over the years it became the signature cocktail of the King Cole Bar at The St. Regis Hotel in New York. As subsequent St. Regis hotels have opened around the world, the tradition continues, with each property creating its own twist on this classic cocktail. The result is the World Collection of St. Regis Signature Bloody Mary blends, celebrating regional influences combined with the original recipe.
While maintaining the integrity of the original, the addition of spices and the Southern twist of Tomolives makes this a new classic. This libation is as unique and iconic as the original but offers an elegant reinvention of an old standard.
