The St. Regis Bar
Just as the King Cole Bar in New York is known for its famous mural, The St. Regis Bar in Atlanta features an original mural of a Phoenix rising from the ashes. Here, hotel guests and Atlanta locals recognize The St. Regis Bar as a convivial gathering place for creative cocktails, favorite classics and memorable food pairings in a luxuriously relaxed environment. The St. Regis Bar is also known for the best Bloody Mary in Atlanta.

This extraordinary spirit was created to be enjoyed either in a classic cocktail or on its own for a compelling tasting experience; the blend caters to The St. Regis Atlanta’s sophisticated and stylish clientele. An ideal partner, Woodford Reserve Distillery shares a commitment to timeless elegance and tradition. Each blend is handcrafted to create distinctive batches that are aged six to eight years.
The St. Regis Atlanta Herradura Private Selection Tequila
Crafted under the expert charge of St. Regis Atlanta Food & Beverage Director Robert Brandenberg, The St. Regis Atlanta Herradura Private Selection Tequila was crafted exclusively for the AAA Five Diamond resort by Herradura in Amatitán, Jalisco, Mexico.
The custom reposado is created with 100 percent blue agave roasted in clay ovens using 140 year old traditional methods. After distillation, the specially crafted spirit is aged in toasted oak barrels for 11 months, a month longer than other tequilas, resulting in depth of flavor and unparalleled smoothness. The St. Regis Atlanta’s resulting customized blend offers enticing notes of citrus, and wood, with unique cooked agave and floral character. The tequila is bottled in customized, specially-designed commemorative glass bottles featuring the barrel number and bottling date.
Guests will find the luxury spirit featured in festive tequila cocktails and flights at The St. Regis Bar and lending its distinctive flavor to a variety of savory dishes at Astor Court.
The West Paces Mary: Timeless Tradition Meets Modern Interpretation
In 1934, Fernand Petiot became a bartender at The St. Regis Hotel, New York, bringing with him the “Bloody Mary,” a vodka and tomato juice drink in the legendary King Cole Bar at The St. Regis New York. It was rechristened the “Red Snapper” to appeal to the hotel’s elite clientele, and over the years it became the signature cocktail of the King Cole Bar at The St. Regis Hotel in New York. As subsequent St. Regis hotels have opened around the world, the tradition continues, with each property creating its own twist on this classic cocktail. The result is the World Collection of St. Regis Signature Bloody Mary blends, celebrating regional influences combined with the original recipe.
While maintaining the integrity of the original, the addition of spices and the Southern twist of Tomolives makes this a new classic. This libation is as unique and iconic as the original, but offers an elegant reinvention of an old standard.
